Lurionyx SysDiag is designed around local-first diagnostics. The app should help users understand their own PC without forcing their data into a cloud account.
Remote support bundles
Support bundles are files created on the user's computer. Lurionyx SysDiag should not upload them automatically. The user chooses whether to send a bundle to another person.
Sensitive information
Diagnostic data may include device names, driver names, event messages, installed services, Windows configuration, usernames, paths, and hardware identifiers. Treat exported reports and support bundles as private system information.
Future online features
If Lurionyx SysDiag adds online activation, updates, accounts, telemetry, or crash reporting later, this privacy page should be updated before those features ship.
